My Story
TURNING CHALLENGES INTO OPPORTUNITIES

When I used to lead the Sales Acquisitions Team at Vodafone Malta, we had weekly sales meetings. I felt these meetings were often perceived as demotivating by the sales team members; especially the low performers, as they saw it as a time when their poor performance would be pointed out.
So, I decided to transform these meetings into sales training sessions, something the team would look forward to. And I think it worked!
I enjoyed this new challenge. It pushed me to start improving my skills, reading books, and working on how to engage an audience.
The sessions were becoming helpful, and eventually, someone within the organisation suggested my sales training services to other organisations from different industries.
It was at this point, in 2019, inspired by Simon Sinek’s book “Start with WHY”, that I decided to find my purpose and start my own journey towards it.
I help people cultivate their potential to drive positive change in leadership, sales and personal growth.
My Purpose

ALIGNING MY WHY WITH MY WORK
The truth is, I’ve always felt a strong desire to do something on my own, to align my purpose with my work in a way that brings me more fulfilment, and allows me to be my authentic and quirky self.
Don’t get me wrong, my corporate career was rewarding, and I enjoyed helping my colleagues succeed. But I was working in alignment with someone else's WHY.
Now, I continue making an impact on people’s careers, on my own terms, being true to myself, and letting my wave of optimism provoke the change my clients are seeking.
