SECTION 1: C - CATCH MULTIPLIER POTENTIAL

Your ability to identify and spot multiplier behaviours in managers.

1. When evaluating managers for promotion, I look beyond individual performance metrics to assess their impact on team development and growth.

2. I can easily identify when a manager asks "What do you think?" before giving their own answer.

3. I notice when managers take responsibility for their team's environment rather than blaming individuals for poor performance.

4. I can spot managers who create psychological safety where everyone contributes, not just vocal team members.

5. I actively look for managers whose teams consistently outperform, grow faster, and stay longer.
